"The Thief" was the nickname of an otherwise unnamed Klayman.
In 'Klay World: Sue', the Thief stumbled upon Mike, while he was trying to tie his single shoe. The Thief saw Mike's green sunglasses, and reached to grab them, only for Mike to tackle him to the ground. However, he still managed to grab the sunglasses with his feet. Retrieving the sunglasses, Mike became so angry that he left to get a lawyer to sue the Thief.
Mike soon returned with lawyer David Stacks, who sued the Thief for 500 moneys. The Thief thought that the situation was ridiculous, so he got a tie of his own, officially making him a lawyer, and sued Mike and David for all the moneys they had. So, with their money, sunglasses, and his new tie, he walked away.
